Willstone® was founded in 2018 with the aim of providing great real estate housing and investment solutions to both Kenyans living in the country and those out there plying their trades in the diaspora. Our vision was based off the need to provide an affordable and yet high-quality living solution that would impact positively on real estate housing statistics through the provision of high quality, affordable and yet inspirational living spaces and communities.
Since inception, Willstone® has remained steadfast in the provision of inspirational living spaces, successfully putting into development over 14 housing projects in and around the city of Nairobi. Our latest handover, Avana 1 Gardens, marked our 9th successful housing project delivery, adding to our growing number of happy homeowners and gated communities and like we say here at Willstone… healing the nation, one homeowner at a time.

Our most recent handover Windsor Ridge 1 Gardens Court B, along Kenyatta Road, on Exit 14 off the Thika Super Highway was done on Saturday 24th February 2024 and marked our 14th successful housing project delivery.
2024 promises to be a great year for homeownership, and with the first handover already done, preparations are underway for the second handover of the year which will be Windsor Annex 1 Estate – which is scheduled for April 2024 – where we will once again add to our growing number of happy homeowners in gated communities and like we say here at Willstone… heal the nation, one homeowner at a time…bila maneno mingi.
