Aberdare 1 Estate

Aberdare 1 Estate is an all-maisonette project located along Kenyatta Road. The superstructure works are complete and the final maisonette roof slab has been cast.

Attention has now shifted to plastering, floor preparation, tiling and other interior finishes, together with electrical installations and sewer connections. The estate's wastewater treatment plant is progressing and perimeter works are about 95% complete.

Aberdare 1 is part of Willstone Homes' anticipated 2026 handover programme.
